Forty-third meeting of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan of the sixth convocation
Today at the meeting of the State Council the Minister of Justice Rustem Zagidullin presented to the parliamentarians a new version of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On the executive bodies of the state power of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The draft law was elaborated due to changes in the federal legislation and amendments to the Constitution of the Republic. In particular, if earlier the system of executive bodies was established by the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan, and the President of the Republic determined the structure of executive bodies, now the approval of the system and structure was attributed exclusively to the competence of Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The Minister noted that the draft law establishes the legal basis for the organization and activities of the executive bodies of state power, defines the powers of the Rais of the RT and the Cabinet of Ministers of the RT.
In development of the mentioned provisions of the Constitution the bill regulates the composition and structure, term of office, procedure of work of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan, competence of the Prime Minister, his deputies, other members of the Government. Also the bill regulates the issues of holding meetings of the Cabinet of Ministers and the Presidium of the Government.
At the end of the meeting the bill was approved by the deputies.
