On the implementation of a comprehensive national anti-corruption program in 2012-2014 and the provision of legal assistance in the Tetusskom area

August 15, 2013, officials of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, comprising representatives of the Department of information and analysis, coordination and planning of the Department of organization of interaction with local self-government bodies on legal issues, carried out outreach event in Tetussskom municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Employees of the Department of information and analysis, coordination and planning of A.A. Bedengov, J.Y. Nikishin, N.A. Shakirova reviewed the implementation of a comprehensive national anti-corruption program in 2012-2014 years.
The audit examined the functioning of the Council to the head of the anti-corruption Commission on observance of requirements of official conduct and conflict of interest, studied the municipal districts anticorruption program problems of organization of the corruptibility expert review, as well as the progress of other programme activities.
Persons responsible for carrying out anti-corruption activities in local government area, recommendations were made to improve certain areas of anti-corruption work.
Specialists of the Department of organization of interaction with local self-government bodies, legal E.A. Sigabieva and A.V. Lohotskoj got acquainted with the Organization of work on the elaboration and adoption of the municipal regulations.
A study of normative and legal acts, bearing in mind the provisions of the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation "on main directions of improving the system of governance" on the formation of the information disclosure system of the developed projects of normative legal acts, their public discussion, particular attention was drawn to the adoption of regulatory legal acts of the Organization and holding of public hearings.
Specialists of the Department have inspected the Administrative Commission of the district, as well as local government officials responsible for the preparation of protocols on administrative offences.
The audit recommendations were made to address the existing shortcomings in the work of the Commission, and also drew attention to the need to intensify the work of designated officials to develop protocols on administrative offences.
Preliminary results of the tests and general recommendations to improve the performance of local government district in the area of combating the corruption brought to the head of the Tetussskogo municipal district V. Cersinceva.
