Video reception of heads of rural settlements that are part of Sabinsky municipal district was held
Today the Ministry held a video reception of heads of rural settlements of Sabinsky municipal district of the republic.
The event was attended by Rasikh Zakirzyanov, Deputy Head of Sabinsky Municipal District, Albert Minikaev, Head of the Legal Department of the Executive Committee of Sabinsky Municipal District, heads of rural settlements in Sabinsky Municipal District as well as Ministry staff.
Maya Pashkova, Head of Legal Advice and Methodological Support for Local Self-Government, informed the participants about the most important changes in the legislation, particularly those related to early termination of powers of municipal deputies, property, land, urban development, housing issues, social protection of certain categories of citizens, as well as other areas of interest to municipalities.
Raliya Garifullina, head of the Department for Legal and Regulatory Work in the Field of Local Government and Municipal Registry, told about the work of local authorities of Sabinskiy region in terms of submitting acts to the municipal registry and bringing them in line with the legislation.
Gulnara Kasimova, the Head of the Department for Territorial Organization and Control in the Field of Local Self-Government, raised an issue of implementation of the delegated state powers on drawing up protocols on administrative responsibility, non-property claims and execution of court decisions.
During video reception the question of possibility of transition on one-level system of local government in the near future, and also problem questions of reduction of general plans and rules of land tenure and building of settlements in conformity with the changing federal legislation was considered. The questions were answered in detail.
