About crime prevention in Agryzskom and Aktanyshsky municipal areas of the Republic of Tatarstan

20-22 August 2013, the members of the Working Group of the Government Commission of the Republic of Tatarstan on crime prevention have studied the Organization and the status of work on crime prevention in Agryzskom and Aktanyshsky municipal areas of the Republic of Tatarstan.
To address organizational issues, in connection with the forthcoming exit checks in areas, 19 August at the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan was held an organizational meeting of the members of the Working Group of the Government Commission, which had held the Acting Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan S.N. Stolyarov.
Attended the meeting and was made by the Vice-Chairman of the Committee, the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan on law and order R.G. Nugumanov, put before the members of the Working Group's specific goals and objectives, as well as the voiced issues requiring special attention when studying the work of crime prevention.
In the course of on-site verification Working Group members reviewed the State of organization of the local self-government bodies the above areas to implement a comprehensive programme for the prevention of offences in the Republic of Tatarstan for 2011-2014, as well as to prevent the abuse of alcoholic beverages, beer, tobacco and healthy lifestyle among the population in the Republic of Tatarstan.
The members of the Working Group, composed of representatives of various ministries and agencies, according to the plan set, reviewed the activities of prevention on its tracks.
During this event the specialists of the Ministry of Justice conducted a review of the administrative commissions of the district, have studied the Organization of the activities of the local self-government bodies for the corruptibility expert review of municipal regulations and municipal projects of normative legal acts, held a meeting with the head of the anti-corruption issues in both areas.
Examination of the Organization and the status of work on crime prevention in the areas discussed the outcome of the inspections, which are solutions to shortcomings in the work of prevention.
In discussing the outcome of Deputy Minister-head of the Department of organization of interaction with local self-government bodies of Legal Affairs of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, M.M. Ibatov, Vice-Chairman of the Committee, the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan on law and order R.G. Nugumanov.
In addition, in Aktanyshsky area of the Republic of Tatarstan, Deputy Minister of Justice-Department Head M.M. Ibatov held a personal reception of population that answered the questions of citizens relating to housing, land, provision of free treatment at health institutions, pay debts for housing and communal services and others.
