Seminar on "Independent Anti-Corruption Expertise of Regulatory Acts and Draft Regulatory Acts"
Today a seminar on "Independent Anticorruption Expertise of Normative Legal Acts and Draft Normative Legal Acts" for the employees of the legal departments of local self-government authorities was held under the guidance of Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Mukharyam Ibyatov via a video-conference.
Maya Pashkova, head of the department for legal consulting and methodological support of local government bodies, Raliya Garifullina, head of the department for normative legal work in the sphere of local government and keeping of the municipal register, and Lilia Muradymova, leading adviser of the department for legal expertise and normative activity, took part in the event.
The seminar participants discussed the issues of organization of work of local authorities with opinions of independent experts, authorized to carry out anti-corruption expert review, the analysis of the conclusions of independent experts received by the local authorities
Liliya Muradymova told about the most common corruptive factors detected in the course of anti-corruption expert evaluation of draft normative legal acts and normative legal acts of local authorities.
