Forty-fourth meeting of the State Council of the sixth convocation
The Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustem Zagidullin took part in the forty-fourth session of the State Council of the sixth convocation.
During the session the Minister presented the parliamentarians a draft law on amending Article 14 of the Republican Law on Public Civil Service of the Republic of Tatarstan, which is designed to implement the federal legislation.
According to the bill state civil servants have the right to participate on a gratuitous basis in management of the commercial organization that is an organization of the state corporation, state company or public-law company, more than 50 percent of shares (stakes) of which are owned by the state corporation, state company or public-law company, as a member of the collective management body of this organization in order established by normative legal acts of the Government of Tatarstan. The power to establish the order of such participation is assigned to the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan.
At the end of the meeting the draft law was approved by the deputies.
