Optimization of a single interinstitutional system of electronic document circulation in judicial custody of magistrates of the Republic of Tatarstan

August 23, 2013 the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan for employees of the magistrates of the Republic of Tatarstan was organized a planning workshop on the theme "unified interdepartmental process optimization system of electronic document circulation». The event was held in a video conference involving all regions of the Republic and the city of Naberezhnye Chelny.
The seminar-meeting of senior specialists were invited to the 2 digit-heads of Office of justices of the peace and magistrates Office staff responsible for the work in electronic documentation system. Employees of the city of Kazan, the justices took personal part in the event, while in the Conference Room of the Ministry.
Opened the seminar-meeting of the Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan N.V. Ragozina. She explained to the participants the relevance of the studied topic that is related to the use of electronic document management as a tool for obtaining information from the Department of Justice Office of justices of the peace, as well as the direction of its judicial sections of the Magistracy of the Republic.
