Solemn ceremony of presentation of certificates to magistrates of the Republic of Tatarstan
The Minister of Justice Rustem Zagidullin took part in the ceremony of presentation of certificates to justice of peace judges of the Republic, which took place today in the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The ceremony was attended by Farid Mukhametshin, Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan, Eduard Kaminsky, Acting Chairman of the Supreme Court of the Republic, Zyavdat Salikhov, Head of the Judicial Department of the Republic of Tatarstan and deputies of the State Council.
Addressing the attendees with a greeting speech Rustem Ildusovich pointed out that legality, fairness, humanity and reasonableness are the main principles that should guide a judge while rendering a decision.
The Minister paid attention to the fact that many factors influence the attitude of citizens to the judicial system, including the appearance of the building, where the judicial station is located, the communication of the court staff with visitors and the behavior of the justice of the peace. "In this direction, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan and Justices of the Peace of the Republic of Tatarstan have a lot to work on. I am sure that with joint efforts we will cope with the tasks set before us by the leadership of the republic," he said.
Today, 17 Justices of the Peace representing court districts of the Republic received their certificates.
