On remuneration of lawyers providing free legal assistance to citizens

August 26, 2013 the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, a meeting was held to discuss pay issues advocates providing citizens with free legal assistance under the public system of free legal aid and compensation lawyers providing free legal assistance.
The meeting was attended by representatives of State legal administration of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Legal Department of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan of lawyer Chamber of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Given that the meeting did not come to a consensus, it was decided that repeating accesses to the President of the Republic of Tatarstan to determine wage advocates providing citizens with free legal assistance, and compensation for the cost of lawyers for free legal aid.
