Seminars for local government officials through videoconferencing

Under the instructions of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan on training local government officials today at the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan held a training seminar on the theme "on the administrative-territorial unit of the Republic of Tatarstan".
The seminar was held by videoconference involving all municipal boroughs and urban districts of the Republic. Participants of the seminar and its active participants were Deputy Heads of district administration, employees of land and property relations and legal services.
Opened the seminar classes, the Deputy Minister of Justice, head of the Department of organization of interaction with local self-government bodies on Legal Affairs M. M. Ibatov.
Seminars with officials of the local government held a head of the Legal Department of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan A.A. Oshchepkov.
In his statement, he explained to the audience of the seminar the new provisions of the Act adopted by the Council of State of the Republic of Tatarstan, July 17, 2013, regulating the administrative-territorial division of the Republic of Tatarstan, which local government officials face in their daily work. In particular, the issues relating to the attribution of names of administrative and territorial unit, locality and rename them; powers of the organs of State power and bodies of local self-government in the area of administrative and territorial structure; order of deciding issues of the administrative-territorial division; management of administrative-territorial units of the Republic, drawing the attention of listeners that the norms of this law shall not apply to the relations, connected with status determination, alteration of boundaries and the conversion of municipal entities.
