The Ministry of Justice staff visit to the Tetyush municipal district
The employees of the Ministry of Justice provided legal assistance to the local self-government bodies of Tetyush municipal district in the framework of the on-site event.
Gulnara Kasimova, Head of the Department for Territorial Organization and Control in the Field of Local Self-Government, studied the execution by local self-government bodies of Tetyusha district of the transferred state powers of the Republic of Tatarstan to create and organize the activities of administrative commissions, to determine the list of officials authorized to draw up protocols on administrative offenses.
Under the state program "Implementation of anti-corruption policy of the Republic of Tatarstan" the leading specialist-expert of the department of free legal assistance and planning Rail Vildanov examined the functioning of anti-corruption commissions of the district, studied the municipal anti-corruption program, issues of organization of anti-corruption expertise, as well as the implementation of other program activities.
Niyaz Zakirov, the leading consultant of the legal advisory and methodological support of local self-government authorities, provided legal and methodological assistance on the implementation of the state program "Development of State Civil Service of the Republic of Tatarstan and Municipal Service in the Republic of Tatarstan" by local self-government of Tetyush municipal district, as well as on other issues related to municipal service.
Based on the results of the on-site event, problematic issues were discussed with the responsible officials of the local self-government authorities and recommendations were given in order to improve the efficiency of work on combating corruption, execution of the delegated state powers and organization of municipal service.
