Video reception of heads of rural settlements that are part of the Spassky Municipal District was held
Today the ministry held a video reception of heads of rural settlements in the Spassky Municipal District of the republic.
The event was attended by the deputy head of the Spassky Municipal District, Sergey Tyunev, the heads of rural settlements in the Spassky Municipal District and Ministry staff.
Maya Pashkova, head of the department for legal advice and methodological support of local government, informed the participants about the most significant changes in legislation, particularly those concerning social protection of certain categories of citizens, property, land, urban planning, housing issues and other areas of interest to municipalities.
Deputy Head of the Department of normative and legal work in the field of local government and municipal register Ilsia Khisamova told about the work of local governments of the Spassky region in the sending of acts to the municipal register and bringing them into conformity with the law.
Gulnara Kasimova, head of the department for territorial organization and control in the field of local government, touched upon the implementation of the transferred state powers to draw up protocols of administrative responsibility, non-property claims and execution of court decisions.
