State service for NPOs
The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan provides non-profit organizations with the state service of issuing opinions on the compliance of the quality of public benefit services on assistance in providing free legal aid with the established criteria.
This conclusion is necessary for non-profit organizations that provide services to provide free legal aid to the residents of the Republic of Tatarstan to obtain the legal status of "non-profit organization - performer of publicly useful services".
The application with the required package of documents can be submitted in one of the following ways:
1. Through the Republican portal of state and municipal services;
2. Through the authorized body of executive power.
The term of service provision is 30 working days from the date of registration of the application with the Ministry.
