Results of the meeting of the working group of the Interdepartmental Coordination Committee on Legal Issues
A meeting of the working group of the Interdepartmental Coordination Committee on Legal Issues was held at the Ministry of Justice under the chairmanship of Ainur Galimov, First Deputy Minister of Justice.
At the meeting the members of the working group discussed the draft law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On Amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On Information Systems and Informatization of the Republic of Tatarstan", the developer of which is the Ministry of Digital Development of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Presenting the bill, the rapporteur noted that some provisions of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan No. 58-ZRT are currently outdated for the informatization industry and for the Republic as a whole, and therefore amendments are necessary.
"The bill proposes to fix such concepts as "digital transformation of the branches of economy, social sphere and public administration of the Republic of Tatarstan", "artificial intelligence", "artificial intelligence technologies".
According to the results of the discussion, the bill, taking into account the comments received on it, was sent for finalization.
