Meeting with representatives of local self-government authorities
Deputy Minister of Justice Mukharryam Ibyatov held a video-conference meeting on "Practice of application of the automated information system "Codex" in municipal rule-making".
The event was attended by deputy heads of municipal republics, heads of legal services of local governments.
Ilsiya Khisamova, deputy head of the department of normative legal work in the sphere of local self-government and maintenance of the municipal register, informed the local self-government authorities about the ongoing work to eliminate inconsistencies with the legislation, identified by the AIS "Codex", for 7 months of the current year.
Mukharryam Ibyatov heard reports of local self-government authorities of Agryz, Aktanyshsky, Bugulma, Laishevsky, Muslyumovsky, Nurlatsky districts on elimination of inconsistencies with the legislation in the acts.
Following the results of the event, the responsible persons were given recommendations on the application of the information system "Codex" in rule-making.
