On the meeting of the Commission of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan on compliance with requirements to official behavior and settlement of conflict of interests
The Ministry of Justice held a meeting of the Commission of the Ministry on compliance with requirements to the official behavior of state civil servants and settlement of conflicts of interest.
During the meeting the presentation of the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Tatarstan on elimination of violations of the legislation on counteraction to corruption based on the results of the inspection of statements of income, expenses, property and property obligations submitted by civil servants of the Ministry for 2022 was considered.
The participants of the meeting discussed the materials of the audit, the nature of violations, the circumstances under which they were committed, the grounds for bringing to disciplinary responsibility of civil servants, as well as corruption risks arising in the realization of civil servants' functions.
The meeting of the Commission was attended by the Deputy Ministers of Justice, representatives of the Department of the Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan on anti-corruption policy, the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic, the Tatarstan Regional Branch of the "Association of Lawyers of Russia" and the Presidium of the Council of Veterans of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan.
It is important to note that holding such events corresponds to the goals and objectives of the state program "Implementation of anti-corruption policy of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2015-2025".
