Results of the meeting of the Expert Council of the Interdepartmental Coordination Committee on Legal Issues
The Ministry of Justice hosted a meeting of the Expert Council of the Interdepartmental Coordination Committee on Legal Issues.
The meeting discussed draft laws on amendments to the republican laws on ensuring conditions for the realization of citizens' rights to hold meetings, rallies, demonstrations, marches and pickets in the Republic of Tatarstan, on the Public Chamber of the Republic of Tatarstan, on the introduction of the patent system of taxation in the Republic of Tatarstan, on property tax of organizations and a number of others.
Adoption of the Draft Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On Amending Article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On Ensuring Conditions for Realization of Citizens' Rights to Hold Meetings, Assemblies, Demonstrations, Processions and Picketing in the Republic of Tatarstan" is connected with the need to bring the republican legislation in compliance with the federal legislation.
In particular, as of today the federal legislator does not provide for the category "E" among categories of vehicles, while new categories have been introduced: "BE", "CE", "DE". The draft republican law proposes to reflect these changes, as well as to establish the maximum number of vehicles in one organized transport convoy for categories "BE" and "CE" in the total amount of 15 units.
At the end of the meeting all the bills were approved by the members of the Expert Council.
