September 5, 2013 year specialists of the Department of organization of interaction with local self-government bodies, Legal Division, and the single bank regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan left at Bavlinsky municipal district with the aim of providing guidance and advice to the local authorities.
In connection with the arrival of specialists of the Ministry of education organized the area Guide for employees of the Board, Executive Committee, Executive Committee, heads and Secretaries of Executive Committee of rural settlements.
Deputy Head of Department, L.M. Mazitova informed the representatives of the local self-government bodies of the novels in the law on local self-government, on action against corruption and on municipal service. Discussion of problems on the examples encountered in other municipalities of the Republic, and the ways to solve them.
The meeting joined actively in the discussion of the affected, as well as the local authorities local issues. Many questions were asked of different spectrum of labour legal relations, issues of cooperation with law enforcement, with the Organization of work with difficult teenagers and others.
During the meeting they discussed issues relating to the adoption of a municipal regulatory legal acts and their submission to the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan for inclusion in the register of the municipal normative legal acts of the Republic of Tatarstan. Particular attention was drawn to the requirements of the law of the Republic of Tatarstan "on the municipal register of normative legal acts of the Republic of Tatarstan" on directions in the municipal regulations for inclusion in a register, as well as to bring it into conformity with the law of municipal regulations, in which the contradictions.
Specialist single bank regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Tatarstan, A.S. Bannicyna has assisted local governments in the selection area regulations for inclusion in the register. In particular, the individual projects of normative acts on local self-government drawn to the typical mistakes and shortcomings of technical and legal reasons, explained how to address them.
