At the meeting of the Expert Council

September 6, 2013 the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan was the Expert Council meeting of the Inter-Ministerial Coordination Committee on Legal Affairs, which was considered by the 14 draft laws of the Republic of Tatarstan, 9 of which have been approved by the members of the Expert Council, 4-seek to improve and 1 otlozen.
In particular, the following projects have been approved by the laws of the Republic of Tatarstan: on amendments to article 3 of the law of the Republic of Tatarstan on the use of forests in the Republic of Tatarstan (Developer: Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan);
On amending the law of the Republic of Tatarstan "on protection of the population of the territories from emergency situations" (developer-Ministry for civil defense and emergency situations of the Republic of Tatarstan);
To amend article 21 of the land code of the Republic of Tatarstan ", developed by the Ministry of land and property relations of the Republic of Tatarstan;
On amending the law of the Republic of Tatarstan "on approval of the regulations of the State guarantees the rights of citizens to receive public and free pre-school, basic general, basic general, secondary (full) general education, as well as additional education in general education institutions of the Republic of Tatarstan in the year 2013" (developer-Ministry of education and science of the Republic of Tatarstan);
On amending the law of the Republic of Tatarstan "on executive bodies of State power of the Republic of Tatarstan (Developer: Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan);
About repealing some legislative acts (provisions of legislative acts) of the Republic of Tatarstan (developer-Ministry of labour, employment and social protection of the Republic of Tatarstan);
On approval of the regulations of the State guarantees rights to public and free pre-school education in municipal preschool educational institutions of the Republic of Tatarstan in the year 2014 "(developer-Ministry of education and science of the Republic of Tatarstan);
Amending articles 3 and 5 of the law of the Republic of Tatarstan "on property tax organizations" (developer-Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tatarstan);
About repealing some legislative acts (provisions of legislative acts) of the Republic of Tatarstan on empowering local authorities certain State powers in the field of housing and communal services "(developer and the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Ministry of construction, architecture and housing and communal services of the Republic of Tatarstan).
The following 4 draft laws of the Republic of Tatarstan by decision of expert Council seek to improve: on amendments to the law of the Republic of Tatarstan "on State support of young families in the improvement of living conditions" (developer-Ministry of youth, sport and tourism of the Republic of Tatarstan);
On amending the law of the Republic of Tatarstan "on empowering local government municipalities in the Republic of Tatarstan, the State authority of the Republic of Tatarstan for cash payments and payments to certain categories of citizens (developer-Ministry of health of the Republic of Tatarstan);
On amending the law of the Republic of Tatarstan "on local self-government in the Republic of Tatarstan (developer-Ministry of economy of the Republic of Tatarstan);
Of universal electronic map "(developer-the Ministry of informatization and communications of the Republic of Tatarstan).
Consideration of the draft law of the Republic of Tatarstan on amendments to the Code on administrative offences of the Republic of Tatarstan ".
The session was presided by the Expert Council of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan M.M. Kurmanov.
