A meeting of the Expert Council of the Interdepartmental Coordination Committee on Legal Issues was held at the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, where a number of draft laws were considered.

The meeting of the Expert Council was chaired by First Deputy Minister of Justice Ainur Galimov. The members of the Expert Council considered and approved several draft laws, including the draft law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On Amendments to Articles 32 and 32¹ of the Land Code of the Republic of Tatarstan".

According to the bill, it is proposed to grant servicemen with three or more children the right to receive land plots free of charge in the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan regardless of how long they have lived in the territory of the Republic if at least one parent or the only parent has the status of a serviceman.

Currently in Tatarstan, in accordance with the legislation, citizens with three or more children are granted land plots free of charge. However, the established period of residence in the territory of the republic to receive this benefit is not less than five recent years.
