Meeting at the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan

Today, September 11, 2013, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, a meeting was held to discuss the implementation of the local Government Act of the Republic of Tatarstan "on empowering local government municipalities in the Republic of Tatarstan, the State authority of the Republic of Tatarstan, by definition, the list of officers authorised to make up protocols on administrative offences". The workshop was built in the first half of 2013.
The meeting was held by videoconference involving all municipal boroughs and urban districts of the Republic.
Opened the meeting, Justice Minister M.M. Kurmanov.
With information on the performance of local government officials, Commissioners make up protocols on administrative offences, was made by the head of Department of legal support and control in the sphere of local self-government bodies of the Department of organization of interaction with local self-government bodies of Legal Affairs of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, A.A. Podtelkov. In the statement, there were municipalities in which the activities of the designated officials to develop protocols organized not at an adequate level.
During the meeting, Deputy Minister-head of the Department of organization of interaction with local self-government bodies of Legal Affairs of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, M.M. Ibatov raised the issue before the representatives of individual municipalities on the causes of ineffective implementation of the transferred State power. In the process of the discussion identified the ways of solving this problem.
The meeting also raised questions about the State of vzyskivaemosti the administrative fines imposed by administrative commissions of the municipal districts and urban districts. Based on the results of the meeting of the local authorities have been given appropriate recommendations in implementing the follow-up to imposed sanctions.
A similar meeting by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan is planned based on the work results for the 9 months of the year 2013.
