Members of the Expert Council of the Interagency Coordination Committee on Legal Issues supported the initiative to amend the republican law on targeted social support for the population
Today in the Ministry of Justice under the chairmanship of the First Deputy Minister of Justice Ainur Galimov a meeting of the Expert Council of the Interdepartmental Coordination Committee on Legal Issues was held.
The members of the Expert Council unanimously supported the Draft Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On Amendments to Article 81 of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On Targeted Social Support of the Population in the Republic of Tatarstan".
It should be noted that the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan dated December 8, 2004 No. 63-ZRT "On Targeted Social Support of the Population in the Republic of Tatarstan" provides measures of social support for citizens suffering from chronic renal failure and oncological diseases in the form of compensation of expenses for transportation to the place of treatment in medical organizations and back, provided that their average per capita income is below twice the subsistence minimum established in the Republic of Tatarstan.
The bill on amendments to the republican law on targeted social support of the population in the Republic of Tatarstan provides for the exclusion of the criterion of neediness from the conditions for receiving the above measure of social support.
The bill was approved. It is planned to be sent for consideration to the State Council of Tatarstan.
The meeting also considered and approved the draft law "On Amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On the Use of Forests in the Republic of Tatarstan" aimed at bringing the republican law in compliance with the federal legislation.
