Competitions will take place in 2 stages: group stage-14 September: 3 groups of 4 teams (each team during the day, will hold three matches). In the final stage went to the first two teams of the Group and the two best teams in third place.
Final round-15 September: 1/4 final 1/2 final, final.
Closing ceremony and awards the winners will take place September 15, 2013 also on the football and athletics arena Central Stadium.
