In Tatarstan, a one-time payment was introduced for children of servicemen and citizens participating or having participated in a special military operation
Decree No. 1427 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tajikistan of 07.11.2023 establishes a one-time monetary payment of 20,000 roubles for each child under the age of 18 from among the children of certain categories of servicemen and citizens who participated in a special military operation. This decree applies to legal relations arising from February 24, 2022.
The one-time payment is provided to the children of:
citizens called up for military service on mobilization in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan;
citizens who have concluded a contract on military service in the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan;
persons serving in the National Guard of the Russian Federation and taking (having taken) part in a special military operation;
citizens called up for military service on mobilization in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation in the territory of another constituent entity of the Russian Federation who had permanent residence in the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan on the day of call-up for military service on mobilization or on the day of application for a lump sum payment;
citizens who concluded a contract on military service in the territory of another constituent entity of the Russian Federation and had permanent residence in the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan on the day of conclusion of the contract or on the day of application for a one-time payment;
citizens called up for military service on mobilization in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation in the territory of another constituent entity of the Russian Federation, who did not have a place of residence in the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan on the day of call-up for military service on mobilization or on the day of application for a lump sum payment, provided that the child permanently resides in the Republic of Tatarstan on the day of the citizen's call-up for military service on mobilization or on the day of application for a one-time payment;
citizens who signed a contract on military service in the territory of another constituent entity of the Russian Federation, who had no place of residence in the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan on the day of signing the contract or on the day of application for a one-time payment, on condition of permanent residence of the child in the Republic of Tatarstan on the day of signing the contract or on the day of application for a one-time payment;
employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan (internal affairs bodies in the Republic of Tatarstan), the Department of the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Tatarstan, seconded to the zone of special military operation.
The document notes that the Ministry of Labor, Employment and Social Protection of the Republic of Tatarstan represented by the Republican Center for Material Assistance will organize the work on providing social support. Funds for social support will be directed from the reserve fund of the Cabinet of Ministers of Tatarstan.
