Employees of the Ministry of Justice of RT shared their experience in maintaining the municipal register with colleagues from Samara
The Ministry of Justice under the leadership of Deputy Minister Mukharryam Ibyatov held a video-conference meeting with representatives of the Department of Information Technology and Communications of the Samara region.
During the meeting the parties discussed the experience of application of information technologies in maintaining the register of municipal normative legal acts.
Raliya Garifullina, Head of the Department of Regulatory Legal Work in the Sphere of Local Self-Government and Maintenance of Municipal Register, demonstrated how the work of local self-government bodies is organized to publish acts on the Official Legal Information Portal of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Since 2020, the Official Portal has been integrated with the municipal register of the Republic. When acts are posted on the portal, they are simultaneously officially published and sent to the register.
Oleg Shabalov, Project Manager of the Information Technologies Center of the Republic of Tatarstan, informed about the introduction of information technologies in the accounting of municipal normative legal acts - software - RPA robot and about the issues of its further improvement.
The RPA robot automatically uploads acts from the Official Portal and includes them in the register. This year the robot has independently processed more than 17 thousand acts.
"The Ministry of Justice implements digital transformation projects in the field of world justice, rule-making and free legal aid. The use of modern technologies in the work is carried out with the support of Rustam Minnikhanov, Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan" - said Mukharryam Ibyatov.
