Video reception of heads of rural settlements within the Alkeevsky Municipal District
Today under the leadership of First Deputy Minister Ainur Galimov a video reception of the heads of rural settlements of Alkeevskiy municipal district of the republic was held.
The event was attended by Aidar Khaliullin, Head of the Office of the Council of the Alkeevsky Municipal District, heads of rural settlements within the Alkeevsky Municipal District, as well as employees of the Ministry.
Maya Pashkova, Head of the Department for Legal Advisory and Methodological Support of Local Self-Government Bodies, informed the participants about the most significant changes in the legislation. In addition, answers were given to the questions received from settlements in preparation for a new cycle of video receptions.
Ilsiya Khisamova, Deputy Head of the Department for Regulatory Legal Work in the Sphere of Local Self-Government and Maintenance of the Municipal Register, informed on the situation with regard to submission of acts to the municipal register and bringing them in compliance with the legislation, as well as publication of acts on the official legal information portal of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Gulnara Kasymova, Head of the Department for territorial organization and control in the sphere of local self-government, touched upon the issue of implementation of the transferred state powers to draw up protocols on bringing to administrative responsibility, as well as execution of court decisions on non-property claims.
