Working visit to the Republic of Bashkortostan
In order to exchange work experience, the delegation of the Ministry of Justice visited the State Committee of the Republic of Bashkortostan on Justice Affairs.
The delegation included Mukharryam Ibyatov, Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, Ralia Garifullina, Head of the Department of Regulatory Legal Work in the Sphere of Local Self-Government and Maintenance of Municipal Register, and Ksenia Martochkina, Head of the Department of Organizational and Legal Support of Magistrates' Activity.
During the visit, a meeting was held with Vladimir Spele, Chairman of the State Committee of Justice of Bashkortostan, and Igor Pankevich, Deputy Chairman.
Employees of the Ministry studied the practice of maintaining the register of municipal normative legal acts of the Republic of Bashkortostan, as well as organizational, legal and logistical support for the activities of justices of the peace.
"The exchange of experience is important for a more accurate assessment of their own activities and understanding of the main trends and tendencies in the field of justice" - noted during the meeting Mukharryam Ibyatov.
