The Ministry of Justice of Tatarstan summarized the results of work with citizens' appeals for 2023

Today under the chairmanship of the Minister of Justice Rustem Zagidullin a meeting of the board dedicated to the state of executive discipline and consideration of citizens' appeals in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan in the current year was held.

The main report on this topic was made by Nail Latypov, the manager of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The management of the Ministry pays great attention to the work with complaints, applications and other appeals of citizens. As of December 1, 2023, 1979 appeals of citizens were received, 1955 in writing, including 358 through the Internet reception. During personal receptions by the heads of the Ministry in 2023, 24 people were received.

Nail Latypov said that the Department of Organizational Work and Document Management of the Ministry again analyzed the cases of the participants of the Patriotic War - employees of the apparatus of the People's Commissariat of Justice and the Ministry of Justice with further publication of personal data of people on the website SLAVA-DAN of the Republic of Tatarstan.

"The cases in question are of historical value, certainly they are very interesting documents. The work has been done, which immersed in the difficulties of the post-war time", - he noted.

The manager of affairs reminded that the Museum of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan was officially opened on January 19 last year. This year the Museum was visited by more than 200 people.

"A total of 84 exhibits are presented, creating an atmosphere of past years. Part of the exhibits are personal belongings of former employees of the Ministry. The guests with great interest familiarize themselves with archival documents, photos and awards" - emphasized the speaker.

Nail Latypov dwelt separately on the interaction between the staff of the Ministry and the Council of Veterans of the Ministry of Justice. The Council of Veterans is an integral part of the friendly, united team of the Ministry. He reminded that the Council was established for the collegial development of decisions on the protection of the rights and interests of veterans of the Ministry of Justice.

At the end of his speech Nail Irekovich thanked the leadership and staff of the Ministry for their joint work.

Diana Sitchanova, responsible for the work on the prevention of corruption and other offenses, speaking with a report, noted that the Ministry carries out systematic work on the implementation of anti-corruption policy, which is aimed at reducing the causes and conditions that give rise to corruption, and the involvement of employees of the Ministry of Justice in the implementation of anti-corruption policy.
