The Ministry of Justice analyzed the work in the Codex system
Deputy Minister of Justice Mukharryam Ibyatov held a meeting in videoconference mode on the topic "Practice of application of AIS "Codex" in municipal rule-making".
The event was attended by deputy heads of municipal districts, heads of legal services of local self-government authorities.
Raliya Garifullina, head of the department of normative legal work in the sphere of local self-government and maintenance of the municipal register, informed about the results of work of local self-government bodies in AIS "Codex" for 11 months of the current year.
Mukharryam Ibyatov heard reports of local self-government authorities of Bugulma and Agryz districts on elimination of inconsistencies with legislation in the acts.
As a result of the event, the responsible persons were given recommendations on the application of the information system "Codex" in rule-making.
