The Law of the RT on the Regulation of Certain Issues in the Sphere of Volunteerism (Volunteering) is amended
A meeting of the working group of the Interdepartmental Coordination Committee on Legal Issues was held at the Ministry of Justice.
At the meeting the members of the working group discussed the draft law "On Amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On Regulation of Certain Issues in the Sphere of Volunteerism (Volunteering) and on Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of the Republic of Tatarstan".
The draft law is aimed at bringing the republican legislation in compliance with the amendments made to the federal legislation, and provides for the improvement of legal regulation of volunteer (volunteer) activity, in particular, the system of powers of federal, regional and local authorities in terms of support of volunteering is brought to uniformity, possible forms of measures of support of participants of volunteer activity by public authorities and general approaches to their provision are outlined.
According to the results of the meeting, the bill is supported and will be sent for consideration of the Expert Council of the Interdepartmental Coordination Committee on Legal Issues.
