Meeting on the fulfillment of non-property requirements
Under the chairmanship of Deputy Minister of Justice Mukharryam Ibyatov, a videoconference meeting was held on monitoring non-property claims and the execution of court decisions, debtors of which are public authorities, state and municipal institutions.
The meeting was attended by Albert Ibyatullin, Head of the Department for the organization of enforcement proceedings of the Main Directorate of the Federal Bailiff Service for the Republic of Tatarstan, Ayrat Galeev, a leading bailiff of the specialized bailiff department for the Republic of Tatarstan of the Federal Bailiff Service of Russia, responsible persons of republican executive authorities, municipal districts, urban districts of the Republic of Tatarstan for maintaining and accounting requirements and court decisions of a non-property nature.
The results for 2023 were reported by Gulnara Kasymova, Head of the Department for Territorial Organization and Control in the field of local government, voicing the results of joint work.
The Deputy Minister heard reports from responsible persons of Kazan, Nizhnekamsk, Tyulyachinsky municipal districts and the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan. Attention is drawn to the need to provide reliable information on the registers being filled in and a responsible attitude to the tasks set.
Further ways of interaction with the bailiff service, local governments and republican executive authorities in this area are planned.
