The Ministry of Justice summed up the work of the primary trade union organization in 2023
The annual reporting meeting of the members of the primary trade union organization of the Ministry of Justice was held today, which was attended by the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustem Zagidullin, representatives of subordinate institutions, as well as members of the Council of Veterans of the Ministry of Justice.
Ksenia Martochkina, chairman of the primary trade union organization, summing up the results of measures of social support, cultural and mass, physical culture and recreation work over the past year, noted that the staff of the Ministry can always count on the comprehensive assistance of the trade union.
Ksenia Martochkina paid special attention to the protection of the socio-economic interests of trade union members. For example, trade union members who are in a difficult financial situation are not ignored. According to their application, financial assistance is provided by providing interest-free targeted cash loans on a refundable basis. Also, at the expense of the professional budget, tickets for concerts and other entertainment events are purchased for employees, excursions are organized, and the cost of season tickets for visiting sports sections is compensated.
