Meeting of the working group of the Interdepartmental Coordinating Committee on Legal Issues
The Ministry of Justice held a meeting of the working group of the Interdepartmental Coordinating Committee on Legal Issues, at which the members of the working group discussed:
the draft law of the Republic of Tatarstan «On Amendments to Article 2 of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan «On additional restrictions on the time, conditions and places of retail sale of alcoholic beverages in the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan and the invalidation of certain legislative acts of the Republic of Tatarstan»;
the draft law of the Republic of Tatarstan «On amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan «On Industrial Policy in the Republic of Tatarstan».
Following the discussion, it was decided to send a draft law providing for amendments to Article 2 of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan «On additional restrictions on the time, conditions and places of retail sale of alcoholic beverages in the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan and the invalidation of certain legislative acts of the Republic of Tatarstan» for consideration by the expert council, according to the 2nd draft law, a decision was made on further work on him.
