The Ministry of Justice summed up the results of the implementation by local governments of the transferred state powers
On May 14, in pursuance of the State Program «Development of the State Civil Service of the Republic of Tatarstan and municipal service in the Republic of Tatarstan», in accordance with the approved schedule, a videoconference meeting was held under the chairmanship of Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Mukharryam Ibyatov on the implementation by local governments of certain state powers of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Gulnara Kasymova, Head of the Department for Territorial Organization and Control in the field of local self-Government of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, made a report on the results of the analysis of the activities of administrative commissions of municipal districts and urban districts, as well as authorized officials for the preparation of protocols on administrative offenses based on the results of work for the 1st quarter of this year.
Albert Ibyatullin, Head of the Department for the Organization of enforcement Proceedings of the Main Directorate of the Federal Bailiff Service for the Republic of Tatarstan, reported on the collection of fines by force.
Raliya Garifullina introduced the situation of collecting information from settlements belonging to municipal districts necessary for maintaining the register of municipal normative legal acts of the Republic of Tatarstan.
At the end of the meeting, the Deputy Minister of Justice set tasks for the participants to organize effective work in terms of reducing arrears on administrative fines, timely sending municipal regulatory legal acts to include them in the municipal register.
