Meeting on the fulfillment of non-property requirements
Under the chairmanship of Deputy Minister of Justice Mukharryam Ibyatov, a videoconference meeting was held on monitoring non-property claims and the execution of court decisions, debtors of which are public authorities, state and municipal institutions for the 1st quarter of this year.
The meeting was attended by Zhanna Samoilova, head of the specialized department of bailiffs for the Republic of Tatarstan, GMU FSSP of Russia, responsible persons of republican executive authorities, municipal districts, urban districts of the Republic of Tatarstan for the management and accounting of non–property claims and court decisions.
The results for the 1st quarter of 2024 were reported by Gulnara Kasymova, head of the Department for Territorial Organization and Control in the field of local government.
The Deputy Minister heard the reports of the responsible persons Kazan, Aznakaevsky, Arsky, Buinsky, Tyulyachinsky municipal districts and the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan. Attention is drawn to the need to provide reliable information on the registers being filled in and a responsible attitude to the tasks set. The results of joint work were announced, including in cooperation with the bailiff service.
Further ways of interaction with the bailiff service, local governments and republican executive authorities in this area are planned.
