Reception of citizens in the Defenders of the Fatherland Foundation in the Republic of Tatarstan
The participants of the special military operation and their families continue to receive comprehensive assistance, including legal assistance. In the Tatarstan branch of the Defenders of the Fatherland Foundation, Deputy Head of the State Legal Bureau of the Republic of Tatarstan Rafael Giniatullov holds weekly receptions for citizens to provide free legal assistance.
At the reception, 7 citizens addressed Rafael Giniatullov, who were given legal advice, explanations in accordance with current legislation and assisted in preparing draft applications to authorized bodies.
During the reception, appeals were received regarding the recognition of a participant in a special military operation as deceased, registration of inheritance, enforcement proceedings, non-receipt of a combat veteran's certificate, provision of credit holidays, lifting the ban on registration actions with a car and non-receipt of insurance payments.
It should be noted that the provision of free legal assistance corresponds to the goals and objectives of the national project «Demography» in terms of preserving the well-being of people.
