Travel of staff of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan in the Mendeleev municipal district

October 8, 2013, officials of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan left in Mendeleev municipal district with the aim of providing guidance and advice to the local authorities.
The team was headed by the Deputy Minister of Justice, head of the Department of organization of interaction with local self-government bodies of Legal Affairs of the Ministry of Justice M.M. Ibatov.
During his stay in the workshop, with the participation of senior officials of the Presidency of the Council and of the Executive Committee of the Mendeleevskogo municipal district and Secretaries in the Executive Committees of rural settlements. The meeting was chaired by Deputy Head of the municipal area of R.Z. Turkmenistan. M.M. Ibatov described in detail the changes in the legislation on local self-government. In addition work has been studied for the timely deployment of normative and legal acts on the official website of the municipal area and made recommendations for its improvement and updating.
During the meeting, the head of a single bank regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan E.m. Averyanova highlighted issues related to the adoption of a municipal regulatory legal acts and their submission to the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan for inclusion in the register of the municipal normative legal acts of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Particular attention was drawn to the requirements of the law of the Republic of Tatarstan "on the municipal register of normative legal acts of the Republic of Tatarstan" on directions in the municipal regulations for inclusion in a register, as well as to bring it into conformity with the law of municipal regulations, in which the contradictions.
Specialist single bank regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Tatarstan, r. s. Massarova has assisted local governments in the selection area regulations for inclusion in the register. In particular, the individual projects of normative acts on local self-government drawn to the typical mistakes and shortcomings of technical and legal reasons, explained how to address them.
Together with local government officials outlined the ways of further improving the above mentioned directions.
