Residents of Tatarstan can now contact the State Legal Bureau via video link
As part of the agreement concluded between the State Legal Bureau of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Multifunctional Center for the Provision of State and Municipal Services in Tatarstan, residents of the Republic can now receive free legal assistance via video link.
To use the service, you need to contact the nearest MFC point and inform the employee about your desire to receive free legal advice.
«We are consistently expanding various forms of providing free legal assistance to the population of our republic. More than 10 people have already been accepted through the points of the MFC via video link», - says Mars Fatkullin, head of the State Legal Bureau of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Free consultations are provided to certain categories of citizens. Among them are poor citizens, disabled people, veterans of the Great Patriotic War, veterans of labor, as well as disabled children, orphans and children left without parental care and others. The full list of categories can be viewed on the official website of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan in the «Free legal assistance» tab.
«However, if in the course of work, questions arise from citizens who do not belong to the categories listed in the law, the staff of the State Legal Bureau does not refuse to help them», - he added.
You can get free legal assistance via video link at the offices of the MFC of the republic from Monday to Thursday from 09:00 to 18:00, on Friday from 09:00 to 16:45, lunch time from 13:00 to 13:45 hours.
