The Tatarstan land code are going to make changes

Will be added to the list of agricultural lands, the use of which for other purposes is not allowed.
At today's meeting of the Committee of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan on ecology, environmental and agrarian Deputies discussed and recommended to the Parliament the draft of amendments to the land code of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan M.M. Kurmanov explained that in July last year, changes were made to the land code of the Russian Federation. Especially valuable productive farmland, cadastral value which significantly exceeds the average level of the cadastral value of the municipal district or municipal district, now in accordance with the legislation of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation may be included in the list of lands, the use of which for other purposes is not allowed. This applies in particular to the development of agricultural production units, research organizations and experienced units.
The proposal made by Bill proposes that the authority to establish a list of such lands to the Ministry of agriculture and food of the Republic of Tatarstan. M.m. Kurmanov explained that in other States, this duty lies with either the Ministry of land, or the Ministry of agriculture.
The comments and suggestions of Deputies which, according to Valery Vasiliev, Chairman of the Committee will be taken into account in the preparation of the Bill a second reading. In parallel, it will be necessary to develop the procedure of forming the list of the relevant land, following the adoption of the law will be approved and executed by the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan.
