Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan: The share of bringing municipal acts in line with legislation increased by 3%
The results of the work of local governments to eliminate inconsistencies in municipal acts were discussed at a meeting at the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan. The meeting was held by Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Mukharryam Ibyatov.
Thanks to the support of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov, and within the framework of the state program «Development of Justice in the Republic of Tatarstan», the Codex system has become an active assistant in this work.
The system automatically identifies contradictions and gaps in legal regulation. The recommendations of the system allow public authorities to respond pointwise to changes in federal and regional legislation.
In her speech, the head of the Department of regulatory legal work in the field of local government and municipal register management, Raliya Garifullina, informed about the results of the work of local governments in the system for the first half of this year.
«In total, during the application of the system, inconsistencies with the legislation were revealed in more than 43 thousand acts of local governments. As of July 1, inconsistencies were eliminated in 36 thousand acts, or 85%. In general, the indicator of the republic increased by 3% compared to the beginning of the year», - said Raliya Rasykhovna.
Earlier, Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Mukharryam Ibyatov noted that issues of municipal rule–making remain one of the priorities of the Ministry of Justice, and timely elimination of inconsistencies in acts with legislation using information technology is one of the elements of successful resolution of issues of local importance and improving the quality of life of the population.
