The Ministry of Justice of Tatarstan has published a decree of the Government of the Republic on restricting the movement of ships along the Kazanka in connection with the holding of triathlon competitions
In order to ensure the safety of people's lives during the Kazan Triathlon 2024 sports competition, a ban on the movement of vessels along the Kazanka River has been introduced. This is stated in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan, published by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan on the Official Portal of Legal Information of Tatarstan.
The document notes that the use of small vessels, as well as sailing, pleasure, sports, including jet skis, kayaks and rowboats, is prohibited.
The restrictions will be in effect from 4:30 to 13:00 on August 10 on the section of the Kazanka River from the Kremlin Dam to the Millennium Bridge.
According to the document, the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan is requested to ensure the presence of forces and means to comply with the ban established by this resolution.
