Inspection of the organization of activities of judicial districts in the Chistopol judicial district of the Republic of Tatarstan
From August 12 to 15, 2024, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan is conducting a study of the organization of the activities of justices of the peace in the Chistopol judicial district of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Employees of the department of organizational and legal support for the activities of justices of the peace are studying:
- organization of judicial office work and the work of the archive;
- quality and timeliness of execution of judicial acts, protocols and outgoing official documentation;
- issues arising when working with electronic executive documents, sending judicial acts in electronic form,
- as well as working in the software package «Justices of the Peace».
Particular attention is paid to the organization of the reception of citizens, as well as dissemination of information to citizens regarding the introduction of electronic executive documents and electronic correspondence into the work of justices of the peace, which makes the judicial system even more accessible.
The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan reminds about the possibility of submitting documents to justices of the peace in the form of an electronic document through the Portal of Justices of the Peace, as well as the possibility of receiving judicial acts in the personal account of State Services.
In order to improve the efficiency of their work, the staff of the offices of justices of the peace in the Chistopol judicial district of the Republic of Tatarstan are provided with practical assistance and the necessary recommendations.
