The Republic continues to conduct mobile receptions for citizens to provide free legal assistance

Employees of the State Legal Bureau of Tatarstan conduct regular visits to remote areas and settlements of the republic. In 2024, 15 visits have already been made. By the end of the year, it is planned to visit more than 20 settlements.

Receptions for the provision of free legal aidassistance are held with other participants in the state system of the State Legal Bureau. For example, in the Arsk district, residents were provided free legal assistance by the head of the State Legal Bureau Mars Fatkullin, a representative of the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Labor, Employment and Social Protection of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Pension and Social Insurance Department of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Office of the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Main Directorate of the Federal Bailiff Service of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Notary Chamber of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Bar Association of the Republic of Tatarstan.

«Remoteness from the center should not become an obstacle to receiving professional legal assistance. We strive to unite the efforts of all participants in the legal assistance system to ensure the availability of legal services for all citizens, especially for socially vulnerable categories», - the State Legal Bureau of the Republic of Tatarstan noted.

In the Arsk district, 9 residents of the district applied during the reception. Specialists provided oral legal advice on a wide range of issues: registration of housing rights for children, establishment and fulfillment of alimony obligations, and receipt of lump-sum payments for participants in a special military operation. The residents of Arch were assisted in drafting and registering gift agreements, as well as in preparing documents for obtaining social transport for large families.
