The Head of the State Legal Bureau of the Republic of Tatarstan took part in a joint reception of citizens with the Commissioner for Children's Rights
Since the beginning of this year, the head of the State Legal Bureau of the Republic of Tatarstan Mars Fatkullin has taken part in 13 joint receptions of citizens with the Commissioner for Children's Rights in the Republic Irina Volynets. During the receptions, more than 80 applicants were provided with free legal assistance.
One of these receptions was a joint reception of citizens held at the Reception Office of the President of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Tatarstan. Mars Fatkullin and Irina Volynets consulted 5 citizens on issues of guardianship and trusteeship, determining the place of residence of a child, organizing school transportation, family relations, and protecting the property rights of a minor.
All applicants were given oral consultations and legal explanations in accordance with current legislation. They were also assisted in filing applications with authorized bodies.
Joint receptions of citizens with the participation of the Commissioner for Children's Rights and the head of the State Legal Bureau of the Republic of Tatarstan are organized within the framework of the state program «Development of Justice in the Republic of Tatarstan».
