Employees of the State Legal Bureau of the Republic of Tatarstan helped a resident of Kazan challenge the refusal to recalculate her insurance pension.
The woman tried for two years to independently get her pension recalculated, which she was initially denied. After numerous appeals to the authorized bodies, the pension was assigned, but when assigning pension accruals, one of the periods of her work experience was not counted. The applicant appealed to the court of first instance and won the case. In the appellate instance, she needed qualified legal assistance.
Leading specialist of the State Legal Bureau of the Republic of Tatarstan Zavdyat Yusupov provided the woman with free legal advice and assistance in drafting a speech for the court hearing.
As a result, the appellate ruling was made in favor of the applicant. She will have her insurance pension recalculated for the period from December 2022, which is almost a third of the pension accruals.
