Unified reception day for alimony obligations
Head of the State Legal Bureau of the Republic of Tatarstan Mars Fatkullin took part in a monthly single reception day to provide free legal assistance to families with children, where one of the parents evades paying alimony.
We remind you that such reception days are traditional and are held for residents of the republic every month. Thus, as a result of the reception, which took place in the videoconference connection at the court of the Ministry of Labor, Employment and Social Protection of the Republic of Tatarstan, 9 citizens sought legal assistance. A detailed conversation took place with each of the applicants, and the provisions of the legislation were explained in detail.
It should be noted that all events to provide free legal assistance are organized within the framework of the state program «Development of Justice in the Republic of Tatarstan».
