Tatarstan Minister of Justice hold meeting of Anti-Corruption Commission

The meeting of the Commission under the Minister of Justice on Combating Corruption will be held on September 19 at 14.00 in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Items on the agenda:
On the implementation of the program «Implementation of the anti-corruption policy of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan» in the first half of 2024.
On the purchases of goods, works, services for state needs carried out in the Ministry in the first half of 2024.
On the measures taken to reduce corrupt conditions in the Ministry, including compliance with the requirements of the legislation on the state civil service when recruiting for the state civil service, preventing the participation of state civil servants of the Republic of Tatarstan in the Ministry in entrepreneurial activities.
On the analytical review «On the implementation of measures to combat corruption in state authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan and in local government bodies based on the results of the first half of 2024», prepared by the Office of the Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan on anti-corruption policy.
According to the draft federal law «On Amendments to the Federal Law «On Insolvency (Bankruptcy) », a new mechanism for the sale of debtors' only residences during bankruptcy proceedings is planned.
The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan participated in a job fair for law graduates. Leniza Galeeva, Leading counsellor of the staff department and government service, held consultations for approximately 40 interested students.
A meeting was held at the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan to discuss the implementation of the automated information system «Kodeks» by the republic's public authorities. The meeting was chaired by Deputy Minister Mukharryam Ibyatov.
