Today, a meeting of the Anti-Corruption Commission was held at the Ministry. The meeting was opened and the work schedule was announced by the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustem Zagidullin.
One of the main issues on the agenda was the consideration of the implementation of the program «Implementation of the Anti-Corruption Policy of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan» for the first half of 2024.
The person responsible for the prevention of corruption and other offenses in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, Sergey Brodsky, speaking with a report, reported that during the reporting period, the Ministry assessed corruption risks and analyzed information on compliance with anti-corruption requirements by 185 civil servants. In the first half of the year, the personal data of 433 civil servants were checked. No violations were found as a result of the checks.
He also reported that an independent anti-corruption examination of 18 draft regulatory legal acts was carried out, including
* 3 draft Decrees of the Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan;
* 10 draft resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan;
* 5 draft orders of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan.
«Corruption factors have not been identified in the said projects», - emphasized Sergei Brodsky.
In addition, Sergei Ivanovich presented an analytical review «On the implementation of measures to combat corruption in state authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan and in local government bodies based on the results of the first half of 2024», prepared by the Office of the Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan on anti-corruption policy.
At the end of the meeting, the Minister set tasks for the employees of the Ministry to hold events for the International Anti-Corruption Day, which is celebrated on December 9.
