Internship for state civil servants and municipal employees opened at the Ministry of Justice
Today, the Ministry held the opening of another internship for state civil servants and municipal employees under the program «Anti-corruption expertise. Development of draft regulatory legal acts».
Let us recall that the internship platform created within the framework of the State Program «Development of the state civil service of the Republic of Tatarstan and municipal service in the Republic of Tatarstan» has been operating in the Ministry since 2018.
The event was held with the participation of Deputy Minister of Justice Mukharryam Ibyatov, Deputy Director of the Higher School of Public and Municipal Administration of Kazan (Volga Region) Federal University Natalia Aksenova, Project Manager of the Center for the Implementation of Programs and Projects of the Higher School of Public and Municipal Administration of KFU Elvina Badgdieva, and heads of structural divisions of the Ministry.
The internship will be attended by heads and specialists of structural divisions of the Ministry of Education of the Sakhalin Region, the Ministry of Labor, Employment and Social Protection of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Council of the Bugulma Municipal District and the Executive Committee of the city of Naberezhnye Chelny.
The internship program is aimed at obtaining practical knowledge in the field of organizing and implementing rule-making activities, as well as conducting anti-corruption expertise and identifying corruption factors in regulatory legal acts.
The importance of the event was noted by Deputy Minister Mukharryam Ibyatov, who said that «this internship is an effective tool for improving the professionalism and competence of specialists in this field. It allows you to master in practice the methods of identifying and eliminating corruption risks, which helps to improve the quality of adopted legal acts and strengthen the rule of law».
