The Ministry has completed a two-day internship for state civil servants and municipal employees under the program «Anti-corruption expertise of regulatory legal acts. Development of draft regulatory legal acts».
The purpose of the internship is to acquire knowledge and skills that contribute to improving the quality of draft regulatory legal acts and rule-making activities.
The internship was attended by heads and specialists of structural divisions of the Ministry of Education of the Sakhalin Region, the Ministry of Labor, Employment and Social Protection of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Council of the Bugulma Municipal District and the Executive Committee of the city of Naberezhnye Chelny.
The closing of the internship was attended by the Minister of Justice Rustem Zagidullin, the Director of the Higher School of Public and Municipal Administration of the Kazan (Volga Region) Federal University Igor Privalov, as well as heads of the structural divisions of the Ministry.
Summing up the event, Minister of Justice Rustem Zagidullin emphasized that «internships are a key step towards the formation of a responsible and professional approach to rule-making. Improving the method of anti-corruption analysis allows us to create fairer and more effective regulatory legal acts that meet the interests of society and help strengthen citizens' trust in government institutions».
At the end of the event, Rustem Zagidullin and Igor Privalov presented the interns with certificates of the established form and wished them effective practical application of the knowledge they had acquired.
